Pallet wrap clings to itself (2nd layer clings to 1st layer), and you as the user stretch it when applying it, and it pulls back in an elastic way to hold the goods tightly together. Bubble Wrap – Bubble Wrap 1,2m x 100m The material is a pliable transparent plastic with air bubbles evenly spread across a sheet. This ensures that the item is consistently cushioned on all sides to ensure minimum chances of damage during transport. This type of packaging material is inexpensive and offers several advantages. Because it provides good protection, less packing material is needed, which lowers overall costs. And since it is lightweight, its use does not raise freight charges for shippers. Bubble wrap is also reusable and recyclable.

Fully-Auto Strapping – Strapping for Fully-automatic machines We stock strapping suitable for use with fully-automatic strapping machines. This strapping which we imported, is manufactured using techniques which are not in use in the local production of strapping, and which make our strapping the best choice for use in any fully-automatic machine. Many users of fully-automatic machines, in Johannesburg, recognise the branding on our strapping, and refuse other brands.

Hand Strapping – HY1515 We stock hand strapping for use with P105 and PK0086. Packs are 10x small rolls (1,5kg each) of 15mm wide yellow strapping. This is almost double the mass of strapping on a roll of semi-automatic strapping. At times, we may have rolls of (white or blue)semi-automatic strapping available for use as hand strapping. See the product P105, for an explanation of how the 3 products are used together.

Header Card alternative (stick-on tags instead of header cards) – HCA Stick-on tag This tag sticks onto your packed product, whether in small bag or in small box, so that it can hang on a hanger in your shop, or in your customer’s shop. Free up more shelf space for larger items. If you have goods which were originally packed without header card / euroslot / punched hole: now you can still hang these goods in your shop. A clear plastic that allows the shopkeeper to hang an item from the metal pieces that go on his shop displays.

Metal seals which can be crimped to hold strapping We stock metal seals for use with P105 and HY1515. The metal seals are packed 2kg/bag, which is approximately 480 seals. See the product P105, for an explanation of how the 3 products are used together.

These are carton sealing packaging tapes, we have them in 48mm X 50M or 100M and 60mm X 100M. These tapes are available in Clear, Brown Buff Tape, Red, Blue, Yellow, Green and Pink. These tapes will work perfectly with our Plastic packaging tape dispenser or Industrial Use Tape Dispenser.

Pallet Wrap – Pallet Wrap for hand or machine use We stock pallet wrap for use by hand, for wrapping pallets (can also be used for wrapping luggage or boxes before shipping). Our stock has extended core as shown in the pic, and there is a web page for each variant we usually stock. We can make to your order, pallet wrap for hand use, can be supplied with or without extended core, as shown. We can make to your order, pallet wrap for machine use, with standard core. Pallet wrap clings to itself (2 nd layer clings to 1 st layer), and you as the user stretch it when applying it, and it pulls back in an elastic way to hold the goods tightly together. In general, the lengths for pallet wrap range from 150m to 2000m, widths range from 100mm to 2000mm and thicknesses range from 10micron to 30micron.

Stock widths are from 30mm to 600mm in increments of 10mm, and 600mm to 800mm in increments of 50mm. Stock thickness is 30 micron. Example uses are: Making tamper-evident seals. Making promo packs like 1 Rum plus 1 coke or 1 shampoo plus 1 conditioner. Making packs of 6 or more. Dust-proofing a product or pack of products of any size up to the limit of the available width of tubing. It’s particularly useful if you require it to shrink, but it need not be shrunk, we have many widths in stock.

Shrink- Film – Plastic film: centrefold shrink / shrink tubing / food-grade plastic for bags To avoid technical language, we refer to the film we keep in stock, as crinkly shrink film (as different from soft film which we can make to order). This crinkly film shrinks very easily, saving cost on the process of shrinking. This film is also stronger than soft film of the same thickness. Make enquiries about the product you require. We suggest you consider buying a machine from us, that you can use to make a variety of bags to suit your needs. We can quote you for a roll of plastic, from which you can make the bags. In some cases, you can conveniently form the bag around your product in one quick step.
