Orders and pricing
Prices shown are in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is stated, and exclude delivery, duties and taxes unless stated otherwise. We supply customers in Zimbabwe and internationally, including South Africa, Mozambique, Botswana and Namibia; cross-border freight, customs clearance and import duties are quoted per order. An order placed online is an offer to purchase; it is confirmed once we have verified stock availability and delivery arrangements.
Payment
Orders are settled by EFT against a proforma invoice, or on collection. Goods remain the property of ZW Pack Solutions until payment is received in full.
Delivery and collection
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Delivery charges are quoted per order based on the destination, weight and volume of goods. Collection is by arrangement at 12A Main Street, Corner Connaught Avenue.
Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery by prior arrangement. Custom-made and cut-to-size items are non-returnable.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to stock availability and exchange rate movements on imported items.
